For Brokers
Adache Real Estate is open to setting up working relationships with brokerage firms looking to capitalize, on behalf of their clients, on the multiple opportunities the current market offers. By working with us, brokers, buyers and investors can take advantage of the relationships Adache has forged with 75+ banks thus opening access to the best deals in commercial foreclosures, units in bulk and discounted notes throughout the state of Florida.
In order for a broker to set up a working relationship with Adache Real Estate a very specific protocol needs to be followed. Such protocol includes:
- A referral agreement between Adache Real Estate and the brokerage entity referring the client. Adache Real Estate will negotiate a referral fee with brokers that have direct access to clients. Adache will shy away from working with brokers who do not have direct access to the buyer.
- Since the buyer is responsible for the commission in bulk deals brokered by Adache Real Estate, a commission/non-circumvent agreement signed between the client and Adache Real Estate is needed.
- A proof of funds furnished by the client under the entity signing the commission/non-circumvent agreement.
- Adache Real Estate requires full disclosure and direct contact with the buyer, but agrees to keep referral broker in the loop.
Adache Real Estate welcomes buyers of all sizes looking to capitalize on the opportunities the current real estate market offers. By working with us buyers and/or investors can take advantage of the relationships Adache has forged with 75+ banks thus opening access to the best deals in commercial foreclosures, units in bulk and discounted notes throughout the state of Florida.
In bulk deals brokered by Adache Real Estate, the buyer is responsible for the transaction’s commission. In order to start a working relationship with Adache Real Estate, the following documentation is needed:
